Services
Project scope, timelines and fees for agency services are agreed in writing before work begins.
Courses
- Course access is personal and may not be shared or resold.
- Paid course access is activated after payment is confirmed.
- Course content is the intellectual property of Fulgor Digital.
Webinars
Webinar recordings and materials are provided for personal learning only.
Refunds
Refund requests for courses are reviewed case-by-case within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 30% of the course has been completed.
Limitation of liability
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
